How does the Free plan work?

Sign up and get 5 pages to process, completely free with no credit card required. It’s a great way to see how the tool works before committing.

How are pages counted?

Each page of a PDF bank statement counts as one page. For example, a 12-page bank statement uses 12 pages from your allowance. For the Pro plan, unused pages don’t roll over to the next month.

What is the Set-Aside calculator?

After calculating your tax, the Set-Aside feature tells you exactly how much to save each month so you’re ready for your PAYG instalment and annual tax bill. It factors in your next quarterly deadline too.

What are PAYG Instalments?

Pay As You Go (PAYG) instalments are advance payments towards your tax bill. If your estimated tax liability exceeds the ATO threshold, you’ll make quarterly instalment payments to avoid a large bill at tax time. Our tool estimates these amounts so you can plan ahead.

Can I use this to lodge my tax return?

AnyDayAnyTax is a tax calculator and preparation tool, not a lodgement tool. You can use it to understand your tax position, prepare your figures, and then lodge your Individual Tax Return through myTax (ATO) or your registered tax agent.

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely. We use a privacy-first approach: your bank statement data is processed and returned immediately, with no server-side storage by default. All data stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab. If you choose to save a session, it is stored securely in our encrypted database

What tax year does the calculator support?

We support the 2024/25 Australian financial year (1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025) with accurate Income Tax bands (Stage 3 tax cuts), Low Income Tax Offset (LITO), and Medicare Levy calculations.

Do I need accounting software to use AnyDayAnyTax?

No. AnyDayAnyTax is a standalone tool. You can export your transactions in CSV format compatible with Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB if you want to import them elsewhere.
